I have fixed my internet connection! Atlast! It is faster, and it is SECURED. So no one else in our building can use our internet!! So happy about that as we´ve had alot of problems with our internet, and also we most of the time only could use internet on one computer at the time. And if someone else in the family wanted to get out on the internet; I had to close the modem and wait for 30 minutes before trying to connect . Horrible!!
We have a storm roaring outside the kitchen window at the moment. I´m so happy I have a home to keep me safe. Swedish homes are quite safe from storms, lucky me. Couple of minutes ago I went out to move my car to a little safer place away from the trees that grow outside my apartment. They say that this storm is going to be worse than the last big one we had some years ago. It took several years to clean up the branches and falling trees after that one. Last storm the roof broke and flew away from above my apartment (I live on second floor and this is a three -floor apartment building).
When I started to paint my last painting yesterday, I was inspired by a photo on following site:
If you haven´t seen it before; please pay them a visite. It´s really great if you´re out of ideas!
By the way; the owner of this site is our dear blogfriend Roy Simmons.
I have been struggling with the insides of the boat. I didn´t want much details anywhere because it would spoil the purpose of the scenery. I wanted it to look real wet and soft. I would like it to be softer up at the top of the mountains too, but it will do for this time. I´ll see if I can get a better photo of it when the sun comes around!
Love peace and happiness to all my dear blogfriends around the world!
Cattis
Beautiful painting, I love the different blue shades in it. Be safe, we had this storm today. Many fallen trees and delayed trains.
ReplyDeleteMy son is out in a car with his friends in the middle of this, so I´m a bit nervous for him at the moment. At the age of 22 they don´t see the danger in things as we do from experiences. They have been at a footballmatch in Norrköping and are driving from there now. I told him to send me a textmessage when he was home safe.

ReplyDeleteI like this one too. Thank you so very much Kev for your kind words. :) Now I have to do it again, and it´s not that easy ;D This paper isn´t very easy to struggle with too much, because the surface of the paper is quite fragile if overworked. Take care now!
